Are Katrina victims being "rehabilitated" at Los Angeles "Dream Center"?

According to this article, from Business Wire, some of those displaced by hurricane Katrina and its aftermath have been "looked after" by the Los Angeles Dream Centre:

Pastor Tommy Barnett says that accommodating, feeding, and caring for this number of people -- perhaps for the next three to six months -- is a massive undertaking. "Without help from others this financial commitment is totally beyond our ability," he says. "We're getting calls from churches and friends around the nation asking how they can help, and we're simply urging them to pour their resources and their prayers into this crisis response."
At first glance, this may indeed seem like a worthy undertaking, to help those indeed is, quite obviously a good thing, however, let's take a look at the website of this "Dream Centre". From their mission statement:
"We provide food, clothing, shelter, life rehabilitation, education and job training, Biblical training and much..."
Hang on a minute, "life rehabilitation", and "Biblical training". Will those victims who have found themselves at this centre be preached to on a regular basis until they no longer have the will to resist? Apparently, the Dream Center is a part of the "Assemblies of God" group. The Assemblies of God has been involved in several controversies over its missionaries activities. This report, from the Christian Science Monitor takes a look at missionary activities in Kashmir:
Local Christians like Pastor Leslie Richards are also increasingly agitated by the presence of the new evangelists, who they believe are more interested in conversions than social work. Mr. Richards says local Muslims receive cash if they agree to convert. "The conversions they are doing are Biblically wrong ... this is not good for the local Christians, who for centuries have shared cordial relations with the local Muslims here," Richards told the Indian Express newspaper.

not only are the evacuees being pushed into drug rehabilitation, but they are being exploited by the Dream Center.... this is a billion dollar enterprise the Dream Center is profiting from and it's no different than Jim Baker's 700 Club scam in the 80s.
