Postal vote fraud hotline set up

According to this article, from the Times, a vote fraud hotline has been set up, as investigations have already begun into vote fraud allegations in 3 constituencies:

Gerald Pearce, who lives in the Leicester East constituency where Keith Vaz is defending a 13,000 Labour majority, says that he had no intention of asking for a postal vote and was astonished when the city council sent him an acknowledgement for his application. He was shown an application form printed by the Labour Party, which had been filled in with his details and carried a forged signature. Police were called. “I never applied for a postal vote,” Mr Pearce said. “The polling station is only a five-minute walk away. I would think whoever it was who did this wanted a bogus vote.”
