    Latest marginal constituency betting news

    According to the Readabet website, the Lib Dems are now the favourites to take the Bristol West seat. At the last election, Labour took the seat with an 8% majority over the Lib Dems, with the Tories very close behind. Meanwhile, the Lib Dems are also the favourites to take Cambridge, from Labour, who had a majority in 2001 of 20% over the Lib Dems. The Lib Dems also look likely, if the betting odds are anything to go by, to take Cardiff Central, which is their 4th target seat, and where Labour had only a 1.9% majority in 2001. In the race for the Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey seat, the Lib Dems are the favourites to take the seat from Labour there, who had a majority at the last election of 2.7%, with the SNP close behind the Lib Dems in 2001. Dundee East is an SNP target seat, where in 2001, Labour had a majority over the SNP of 1.3%, SNP are, according to Readabet the favourites to take this seat now. And finally, Plaid Cymru look the favourites to take the Ynys Mon seat from Labour, Labour had a majority over Plaid Cymru of just over 2% at the last election.
