Alistair Darling a top Labour target

A close Blair ally. A good enough reason to throw Alistair Darling out of his Edinburgh South West seat. From the Daily Record: DARLING TOP OF LABOUR'S DANGER LIST

Blair was asked by the Record whether he feared losing key Cabinet colleagues such as Darling and Straw. He replied: 'I certainly don't intend doing that whenever the election happens. And I'm sure I won't be facing life without either of those two.' Other Scots Labour seats on the list include Ann Begg's Aberdeen South and John Lyons' East Dunbartonshire constituencies, both of which the Lib Dems have their eye on. The SNP joins the Lib Dems as a threat to David Stewart's Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch, and Strathspey constituency. Russell Brown's Dumfries and Galloway seat is at risk from the Tories while the SNP is after Iain Luke's constituency in Dundee East.
