Blair has worst voting record of any modern Prime Minister

It appears that Tony Blair has a dismal record of turning up to vote in House of Commons debates. Since getting power in 1997, he has voted in just 8% of commons divisions. According to this article:

The Conservative leader Michael Howard voted in 36% of the divisions while the Liberal Democrat leader Charles Kennedy had a 54% voting record.
It is fairly pathetic that Blair can only be bothered to turn up to vote in the House of Commons 8% of the time.
