    Ukraine court won't recognise PM

    Ukrainian news agencies have reported according to this article that the supreme court in Ukraine will not recognise the results of the election there until after it has considered an appeal by opposition leaders. The decision could significantly boost supporters of opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko, who have flooded the streets of Kyiv since the Sunday run-off and have won significant international backing.
